Synergy Grill Technology is chosen for World Steak Challenge!
The Synergy Grill will once again take pride of place at the prestigious World Steak Challenge to be held in Dublin on the 27th & 28th September. Synergy has been the grill of choice since the competition began in 2015 and as the call for entries is made for the 2022 competition (World Steak Challenge 2022 – Enter) Synergy is delighted to announce that the Synergy Grill has been chosen yet again as the best grill, on which to cook the best steaks, in the world.
Lorraine Hendle, Managing Director of the World Steak Challenge explains why Synergy takes pride of place, just behind the best steaks:
“Synergy Grills has worked with us at the World Steak Challenge since it began. The rigorous preparation and judging process means we need consistency of delivery and an even distribution of heat across the entire cooking surface. Every year the team of judges, who in 2022 will gather at the world -renowned FIRE Steakhouse in Dublin, compliment us on the quality of our chosen grills and therefore we had no hesitation in selecting Synergy Grills once again this year.”
The World Steak Challenge 2022 will use four Synergy ST900 Trilogy Grills to make up the eight cooking stations, all of which will be managed by a revolving team of 14 chefs from the FIRE Steakhouse in Dublin and will be led by Culinary Director and Chair of Judges, Richie Wilson.
Leander Cadbury, International Business Director at Synergy is delighted that the Synergy Grill was selected again.
“The World Steak Challenge is the ultimate competition for steak producers and suppliers to showcase their product quality and breed credentials on the international stage. To have Synergy selected as the grill of choice by the organisers is a real honour and a testament to how it consistently brings out the best results in every cut of meat in a quick and sustainable way. We look forward to supporting the event once again.”
The Synergy Grill is unique in that is has no fat tray and carbonises the waste fat, so that it can be simply vacuumed away after service.
