Synergy Grill and First Choice Join Forces with New MDA Partnership

First Choice Group are pleased to announce our latest spare parts Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with Synergy Grill, which begins on 1 September 2019.

Synergy Grill’s patented technology has won multiple awards and the company has experienced rapid growth in the hospitality sector. From their beginnings in 2006 in Cambridgeshire UK, Synergy Grill has grown into a globally recognised equipment manufacturer selling throughout Australasia, the Middle East, Europe and South Africa.

A unique “fat atomising technology” is at the core of the British-designed and engineered chargrills and griddles that Synergy Grill have created. This ground-breaking technology allows the burners to be more fuel-efficient, so they produce better quality food while providing lower energy costs.

First Choice will be investing significantly in UK based parts stock and as with all of our MDAs, our partnership with Synergy Grill will give customers access to:

• The UK’s largest stock of genuine OEM Synergy Grill spare parts.
• Specially trained customer service advisors, who will be able to offer experience and guidance on parts for the Synergy Grill equipment range.
• Detailed, up-to-date parts & operation information.
• Equipment diagrams, parts & user manuals.
• Part photos, including 360° Part View images.

All of these benefits can be easily accessed on our website and app. The First Choice Training team are also working with Synergy Grill to offer unique training sessions and equipment demonstrations for customers and equipment dealers.

First Choice Group Managing Director, John Whitehouse said of the agreement, “This is an exciting prospect for First Choice Group establishing another exclusive partnership, with a new fast-growing manufacturer in the catering industry.”

Synergy Grill’s Marketing and Commercial Director, Richard Ebbs added “Synergy Grill is pleased to announce our partnership with First Choice Group on the supply of all our spare parts. We have been very impressed with the professionalism of First Choice.

“Synergy Grill continues to go from strength to strength as one of the fastest growing Catering Equipment brands in the UK. Its fat atomising technology means you have no fat tray, you simply vacuum out carbon dust. The Carbon Trust accredited grills reduce customer’s energy requirements by 59%, saving them up to £3000 a year in energy costs. With such amazing benefits, it is vital that all our partners share our core values of putting the customer first. As we have advanced patented technology that you won’t find in any other catering equipment, working with First Choice means we are ensuring that only the correct and genuine parts are specified to our customers and ensure engineers, receive them in the fastest time possible.

“We are also very excited about a number of other initiatives we are working on with First Choice to ensure engineers, dealers and customers can receive some of the best training available within the Industry.”
