Tom’s Kitchens just love their Synergy Grill

16 June 2016

Synergy Grill, manufacturers of award winning chargrills, have been working with renowned chef Tom Aikens & Executive Chef of Tom’s Kitchen Richard O’Connell, to fulfil their Kitchen’s chargrilling dreams.

Synergy Grill provided Tom Kitchen’s flagship restaurant in Chelsea with their first Synergy Grill in May. The team have been so impressed with the grill they are rolling them out at their Tom’s Kitchen’s sites in St. Katharine Docks and Canary Wharf.

Tom Aikens, Owner of Tom’s Kitchen commented: “Synergy Grills are the most fuel efficient & robust grills you can get. Easy to clean & operate but most importantly will give you the highest amount of heat you will need to cook anything on.”

Richard O’Connell, Executive Chef at Tom’s Kitchen’s commented: “We have been thoroughly impressed with the Synergy Grill. Cooking on it creates juicier, more succulent meat with less shrinkage on burgers. Sharp branding creates an authentic BBQ flavour without the hassle of lighting charcoal or the temperature fluctuations associated with traditional barbecuing. This combined with an easy hoovering cleaning method is what every chef won’t believe until they see it.”
