Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsive Service Assistant to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and a solutions-focused mindset. This role requires adaptability to various scenarios, a high level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Relationship Management:
        • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
        • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively via pone and email.
    • Planning and Coordination:
        • Coordinate with and schedule contractors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
        • Develop and implement effective plans to manage customer service activities.
    • Adaptability and Problem Solving:
        • Adapt to various scenarios and challenges, providing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
        • Maintain a solutions-focused approach to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
    • Team Collaboration and Individual Contribution:
        • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently.
        • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and enhance service quality.
    • Communication:
        • Exhibit strong communication skills at all levels, including phone and email interactions.
        • Ensure clear and professional communication with customers, contractors, and team members.
    • Data Management and Reporting:
        • Perform data entry and manage CRM/customer service portals accurately.
        • Log job sheets and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track service activities.
        • Report regularly to the Service Manager on customer service operations and issues.
    • Invoicing:
        • Handle invoicing processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
        • Assist in managing financial transactions related to customer service.
Qualifications:
        • Experience in customer service, preferably within the service industry, and advantage.
        • Strong planning and organizational skills.
        • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
        • Proficient in data entry, CRM systems, and Excel.
        • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
        • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various scenarios.
        • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
        • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
        • Experience in coordinating and scheduling contractors and customers is a plus.
        • Training will be given in all areas of the role.
