MUSSELS IN GARLIC AND WHITE WINE

Cooked on the Synergy CharGo

Method

Using a Cazuela dish add the following

• Olive oil
• Onions
• Garlic

Close the lid of the CharGo and cook for 2 mins, add the mussels and white wine, cook until the mussels open and add parsley, serve and eat with French stick
