We’re looking forward to exhibiting at the Professional Kitchen Show in January 2019, this new annual event will be at the NEC Birmingham on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd January 2019.

A brand new UK event for the catering equipment industry, bringing together many of the UK’s leading equipment manufacturers, the Professional Kitchen Show is set to champion innovation, networking and business like no other event before it.

We’ll be there on 22nd and 23rd January on Stand 510 showcasing our award-winning commercial gas grills… The innovative award-winning Synergy Grill is transforming the catering industry. Using pioneering fat atomising technology, its high power, low energy consumption cooks’ food faster at less than half the energy costs of traditional grills. The high heat atomises the fat so there’s no fat tray to clean or disposal of fatty waste to worry about, The natural vapours released when cooking are absorbed back into the food, creating incredibly delicious and succulent food.
