Hotelympia at ExCel in London last week was a huge success for the Synergy Grill team. As a product that has to be seen to be believed, we showcased Synergy’s numerous benefits and converted the thinking of many operators who thought they ‘weren’t in need currently of any grills or griddles.’ Welcome to the world of Synergy.
We put on cooking demonstrations all four days, giving visitors the chance to see and taste the superior effect that Synergy Grill has on the food being cooked: maximum caramelisation and retention of juices, allowing professional chef Ian Gibbs to talk at the same time as seamlessly serving meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, all without any cross-flavouring.
Not only were we at Hotelympia last week, we were also at the Lakes Hospitality Trade Show which took place at the Rural Auction Centre in Cumbria and is held as a celebration of the hospitality industry and allows local and national businesses to meet.
Top Michelin starred chefs like Cyrus Todiwala OBE and Shaun Rankin and leading hospitality groups were just some of those keen to be in on the action. Free Synergy demos are planned all over the country.
Next week the team will also be heading up north to Manchester for the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show which will bring the northern hospitality industry together for two days of networking, discovery and business improvement
