Anglian Country Inns are our winner!

We gave away one of our energy saving chargrills (model SG630) and a garnish rail worth a combined amount of £2,240 in a prize draw at Hotelympia, the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality event. We are delighted to announce the lucky winner as Anglian Country Inns.

Anglian Country Inns are an award winning family run hospitality business based in East Anglia. The pubs that make up the group include The White Horse, The Jolly Sailor, The Fox at Willian, Hermitage Road, Water Lane, The Cricketers and Brancaster Brewery.

The Synergy Grill will be installed in The Fox at Willian, an award winning pub and fine dining restaurant with a certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor located in the picturesque village of Willian near Letchworth in North Hertfordshire.

The Synergy Grill will provide customers of The Fox at Willian with succulent, tasty food with an authentic BBQ flavour and sharp branding.

It cooks faster, cuts gas bills by 52% and doesn’t need to be on all day, reducing the cost per plate for The Fox. As there’s no fat tray, it also means they don’t have to responsibly dispose of fatty waste saving on labour time.

The pioneering technology is so advantageous it has been adopted by Michelin starred Chefs The Galvin Brothers in Galvin Hop and Cyrus Todiwala’s restaurant Assado.
